Come along with us for this unique mountain biking course for adults. This intensive course is suitable for adults who are new to mountain biking, those who need to gain additional confidence or develop their skills further. This course includes basic skills as well as technical skills. Once each participant is comfortable practicing these skills our trainer will take you on a ride close by for you to put these new skills into action in our beautiful local terrain.

Meeting location: The front of Vestlia Resort
Return: Approximately 17:00
Inclusions: Instruction and a guided tour
Exclusions: Mountain bikes, helmets, and guards.
Safety considerations: The tour involves riding; the conditions may be icy, slippery, uneven, muddy, a bit snowy, hot, humid, windy or otherwise. The temperatures may be cold and windy please ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing and has ample water for the course. Wandering Owl has appropriate liability insurances, but please ensure you have your own medical and equipment insurance, just as you would normally have.
